Virgin Money in Sydney
Sydney has a new reason to celebrate, in addition to the many financial institution in the city, Virgin Money; the UK based financial service giant has come to town. Virgin Money has decided to choose Sydney as its new headquarters in Australia for its great location and progressive feel.
Business owner and entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson has approved the planned to set up an expanded superannuation business in Wollongong on the NSW south coast, as announced by Kristina Keneally. This planned project will help more than thousands of individuals residing in the Victoria state and will provide a chance to introduce 150 full time jobs.
Virgin Money is not new to many Australians, since it has already established its name since 2003 and has now employed the first batch for Sydney office. The expansion planned for Virgin Money’s services will strengthen Sydney’s role in international banking and financial institution, as Keneally said.
Furthermore she said, “I warmly welcome Sir Richard Branson’s decision to choose NSW as the headquarters for Virgin Money’s banking operations in Australia.”
